Hey cat pawrents, we're sure you've had to have the terrible experience of putting the "cone of shame" on your cats once or twice. Maybe it was after they got fixed, or after a rough trip to the vet, but at one time or another, we had to deal with our cats and at least a few days of cone time. Luckily, science has given us new, alternative options to the pawsitively clawful cone, but that doesn't mean that our kitties will like them any better. They are, however, much cuter, and even if they don't like it, at least they can be grumpy while looking like a sunflower or an orange slice!

This holistically hissterical listicle features some seriously grumpy kitties in the "no cone-zone", but still not happy with our decision to put something around their necks. Whether they're stuck in the middle of a piece of bread, blasting off into outer space, or filling the hole a donut, these kitties are so grumpy we can't help but giggle a little bit. It's for their own good!

We can't blame them, walking around with a neck pillow on all the time sounds very annoying. If only we could make them understand that they have to have it on for their own good - yet alas, our meows never seem to communicate it well enough.
